Ezekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."

Nicknames: Brahmi;[1] Water hyssop;[1] Thyme-leafed gratiola;[1] Herb of grace;[1] Indian pennywort;[1]

Classification: Perennial;[1]

Plant Family: Plantaginaceae;[1] Genus: Bacopa;[1] Species: B. monnieri[1]

Ethnobotany: Brahmi, or "Bacopa monnieri" was and still is used in the Indian traditional medicine system known as Ayurvedic medicine, and for centuries.[2] It has been studied by scientist known as phytochemist, for its diverse medicinal properties, including its bioactive principles which have been shown to enhance memory.[2] It has a long history of use as a medicine for anti-anxiety and antiepileptic properties.[8] Brahmi is well known in the Ayurvedic system as both a nerve tonic and nootropic.[9] A nootropic is something that enhances cognitive function(the mind).

Natural Habitat: "Grows in marshy areas throughout India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, Pakistan, Taiwan, Vietnam, tropical and southern Africa, on Madagascar, in Australia, in the Caribbean as well as in Middle and South America.[1] It is also found in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Hawaii."[1]

Synergizes with: Frankincense, Ginger, Peppermint(or any mint).

O.G. Observations: This plant(Brahmi(Bacopa monnieri) produces nicotine!>[9] I've noticed that plants which produce nicotine tend to have nootropic properties. This makes sense because nicotine is a stimulant(as is Tobacco).[13] Here's a quote from PubMed, an online scholarly database: "Nicotine improves attention in a wide variety of tasks in healthy volunteers. Nicotine improves immediate and longer term memory in healthy volunteers."[13]

Bacopa monnieri protects the brain from aluminum neurotoxicity: One scholarly source on the subject states that: "Bacopa monnieri extract helps reverse neuromuscular disorders and aluminum induced cerebellar degeneration".[14] This makes it very similar to Cilantro, and Sprulina. I'm going to go ahead and cite another scholarly source on this at the end of this sentence, which again confirms B. monnieri's ability to help protect the brain from aluminum induced neurotoxicity.[15] This is one of the herbs that I keep in my medicine stash. I find it, and Rhodiola rosea to be very similar.

Bacopa monnieri helps the body cope with stress: B. monnier is known as an adaptogen, which is a type of herb(or substance) that helps the body deal with stress, and prevents any damage that may have been caused from that stress.[16] This makes it a critical weapon of defense against the enemy's pharmakeia, as stress can disturb the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, thus resulting in different diseases forming.[16] The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal-axis, according to The National Library Of Medicine(PubMed Central) is: "The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPA) is the main stress response system."[17]

Side Effects: If you experience any unusual side effects after taking this daily for a long period(four days or more), than it may be the Brahmi supplement. You should always research precautions but beware of sourcing, as there's such a thing as big pharma propaghanda. Some side effects(rare but possible), include: Nausea, Intestinal motility, and gastrointestinal upset.[3] I can tell you from experience(personal observation) that Frankincense will stop nausea, and I went ahead and found an academic source on that.[4] Keep that in mind because other things like Peppermint(I prefer Apple mint), Ginger, and others are good for your stomach and GI as well.[x] It would be a good idea to combine Brahmi with these things. I really like to mix botanicals, and am very good at knowing which ones synergize together.

What is Phytochemistry? Phytochemicals? And Ethnobotany? Phytochemistry is a branch of chemistry that is dedicated to studying the pharmacology of the complex phytochemicals produced by plants.[6] These components are produced using the power of phytosynthesis harnessed by the plants.[x] Phytochemicals are the complex medicines produced by the plant, that exist within the plant.[7] This is how herbal medicine works, as the dried plant material is a natural carrier of medicinal components produced by these plants(or "ethnobotanicals").[6][7] An ethnobotanical is a plant that's been prized by some culture in some way.[5] Ethnobotany is the study of these ethnobotanicals and the cultural use of them.[5] There seems to be confusion on what an ethnobotanical is among a lot of Christians, and they're not "k2" or laced with designer drugs, they naturally produce substances, like how Coffee produces Caffeine, and Cannabis produces THC and CBD.[5] I cite academic sources all throughout this website to illustrate these facts, in hopes of clearing up any confusion. The SRCSO, Pensacola FBI, and DEA, defamed Bouncing Bear Botanicals, and Edens Ethnobotanicals, and helped socialist rob them while trying to pin it on me(they used a bait and swith entrapment plot). In the next two sections below, I list known phytochemicals produced by Brahmi(Bacopa monnieri), and discuss their pharmacology.

Phytochemicals: The following phytochemicals are produced by the Brahmi plant: alkaloids, bacosides, flavonoids, glycosides, triterpenoids and saponins, for starters..[3] Brahmi produces a phytochemical called: cucurbitacin, a unique phytochemical.[9] There are a lot of confused people out there out there who read these things and they don't understand it, as phytochemicals and "research chemicals" are often confused for one another. Some more rare phytochemicals which are mostly unique to the Bacopa monnieri species(but not all) include: Brahmin, Hydrocotyle, Nicotine, Herpestine, D-mannitol, stigmasterol, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, alanine, and serine are specific amino acids are present in the extracts of Bacopa monnieri.[9] Each one of these components that I just listed, are individual medicines produced by the plant.[9] If you look each one up individually via the scholarly databases used by Universities, you'll find that each one has a wide range of medicinal applications, and has been well researched.[?] They think that "ethnobotanicals" are laced with drugs, and that "phytochemicals" is slang for research chemicals, which is not true and is defamation. I've explained this and cited it all over the website with authoritative sources in hopes of clearing up this confusion. I was defamed by the SRCSO, Pensacola FBI, and DEA, and so was Bouncing Bear Botanicals over this.

Pharmacological / Medicinal Properties: Brahmi(Bacopa monnieri) produces the following pharmacological actions: anti-oxidant, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, and it's good for the gastrointestinal tract, and the endocrine system.[2] It's also used for neurological and neuropsychiatric diseases, making it a natural "psych med", so to speak.[2] One academic source straight up tells us that: "The extracts of B. monnieri are well-recognized for their antioxidant activity with numerous modes of action to protect the brain against oxidative damage and cognitive decline in the elderly."[9] Cucurbitacin, a phytochemical produced by Brahmi, has been shown to be neuroprotective.[9] Once again, research illustrates the miraculous medicinal abilities of these incredible ethnobotanicals. One such study tells us that: "Based on animal study results, the B. monnieri extract and bacosides were shown to enhance antioxidant status in the brain region of the hippocampus, frontal cortex, and striatum"[9] The hippocampus has to do with learning and memory.[10] The frontal cortex has to do with performance of motor tasks, judgment, abstract thinking, creativity, and maintaining social appropriateness.[11] The striatum has to do with regulating motor function, as well as learning, reward processing, and habit formation.[12]

More incredible findings from the research into Brahmi(B. monnieri) and its complex pharmacological phytochemicals tells us that: "The evidence suggests that in vivo chronic cigarette smoke exposure enhances oxidative stress, and bacoside(a chemical produced by the Brahmi plant) was found to protect against cigarette smoking-induced cerebrovascular diseases by decreasing the formation of free radicals through its antioxidant potential"[9] I'm going to be a bit random here, but I want to point out that there are contradictory statements out there from authoritative sources on some of these findings. It seems socialist are publishing "fact check" pages online and telling people that scientific facts are not true(gaslighting). I've called out fact checkers and their gaslighting methods on my 850.NEWS page. "Bacosides are significant components of Bacopa monnieri and play essential roles in neuronal health."[9] That's a direct quote from the researchers theirselves. God-made medicine is way better than pills. See my pharmaceuticals exposed blog where I call out big pharma(serpent medical) for putting IQ lowering fluoride in pills, and parabens.

Brahmin This segment will be updated eventually.

Hydrocotyle

Nicotine Nicotine impacts the central nervous system.[18] It has been scientifically studied for its use as a therapeutic agent for various conditions, including ulcerative colitis, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's dementia.[18] It interacts with the brains dopamine and noradrenaline systems as well.[19]

Herpestine

D-mannitol

Stigmasterol
