Where do the research chemicals 2ci, 2cb, and 2ce come from?
Exposing synthetic knock off versions of mescaline and natural phenethlamines, aka 2ci, 2ce, 2cb.

The information provided herein is not intended to encourage illegal or dangerous behavior, but rather to expose the works of darkness. These are synthetic versions of natural drugs meant to mimic the original substances effects, often times with neurotoxic and even lethal consequences. I cite acamide sources throughout the blog to confirm those facts I expose legal precursors used in the illegal manufacturing of these drugs, and much more. One thing authorities don't seem to understand, is the difference between phytochemicals, and "research chemicals". Phytochemicals are produced BY plants[24][25][26], and "research chemicals" are produced synthetically in a lab by people with DEA licenses that have access to chemicals and solvents that are not available to just anyone. THC is a phytochemical, as well as CBD, Caffeine, and many others. Phytochemicals are made by the creator, and research chemicals are made by the serpent. Huge difference.
Fact: There's too many research chemicals to keep up with, and certainly too many for me to put all on one page. I will make this page "2c series" specific.
Introduction: I'm here to expose research chemicals, and where they come from. I want to start off by exposing an operation being run back in the day when these research chemicals were legal, and widely distributed across the U.S. via online vendors including one particular forum called LegalHighGuides.com I link to the site on the internet archives because it is long gone. I'm not sure who owns it now but this was a booming site back in the early 2010's. You could get free samples from them or make purchases. They sold MDPC, and tons of other research chemicals, like the ones that Krystle Cole promoted on her Neurosoup operation. She didn't expose where the precursors for these substances came from. Either they were made completely artificially, or as I suspect, they were likely altered versions(synthesized) of various compounds produced by plants(ethnobotanicals).
March 1, 2011, the Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA) used its "emergency scheduling authority" under the CSA(Controlled Substances Act), to ban jwh-018, jwh-073, jwh-200, cp-47, 479, and cannabicyclohexanol into Schedule 1, making their posession and sale illegal.[1] The URL for those facts is: https://www.dea.gov/press-releases/2011/03/01/chemicals-used-spice-and-k2-type-products-now-under-federal-control-and Eventually, law makers got smart, and worded the bill to ban any potential new variations, thus making research chemical versions of illegal drugs completely illegal, for good. Here's the proof of that last statement: [2] After this emergency scheduling, the chemicals were permanently schedule through section 1152 of the Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act(FDASIA), signed into law on July 9, 2012. Real quick, I just want to point out that the facts related to the legislation that banned those substances proves that the SRCSO, Pensacola FBI and DEA lied about Bouncing Bear Botanicals selling research chemical laced products all the way up until 2019. Bouncing Bear wasn't shut down by the government, even after the unlawful "raid"(robbery). The "authorities" in the Nw Florida Panhandle defamed them, and me, and now we know why. Anyway, I know enough to be able to piece things together. Let's start with the 2c- family of research chemicals..
2c's: These include substances like: 2c-i, 2c-b, 2c-e, etc. 2C-I specifically, is also known as 2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodophenethylamine, is a phenethylamine of the 2C family that produces psychedelic effects.[7] It was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin, and is described in Shulgin's book PiHKAL (1991), which Krystle cole often cited on her Neurosoup operation.[8] Alexander Shulgin is the academic(chemist) that first created MDMA(a form of methamphetamine commonly known as "ecstacy", or "molly").[8][9] These research chemicals were essentially altered versions of already illegal drugs, meant to bypass the law. For example, Mescaline, a naturally occuring psychedelic found in insane numbers of legal Cactus and even Acacia species. Tons of legal cactus produce a series of phenethylamines, and Mescaline is one such compound.[10] The scientific name for Mescaline is: 3,4,5-Trimethoxyphenethylamine.[4] I want to emphasize the phenethylamine part of the chemical name(scientific name for the drug). This tells us that the 2c family of research chemicals are synthetic knock off's of the God-made naturally occuring medicine/drug known as Mescaline, or closely related constituents that are very similar to it. Mescaline is very similar in its chemical structure to dopamine.[11] Just because these substances are illegal does not mean that they're not in circulation. I suspect online vendors like schedule35.co are using research chemical versions of the drugs. Does the DEA and Law enforcement even have the means to test for these drugs? 2c-I Precursors: Its synthesis involves only several steps, starting with commercially available or easily synthesized precursors.[12][13][14][15][16][17] Common Precursors for 2C-I and chemicals required to manufacture it: 2,5-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde, Nitroethane, 2,5-Dimethoxyphenethylamine (2C-H), Iodine, or Iodine-based reagents (ICl, NIS)[12][13][14][15][16][17] I decided to do a quick internet search to see how easily these substances can be obtained. I expose further down that the 2,5-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde precursor is available at walmart.com and amazon.com. With a quick Google search we can see a lot of chemical suppliers who supply scholars and professional chemist with precursors and other substances stock it: https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=d9e56f0127f62959&hl=en&gbv=2&q=buy+Nitroethane This illustrates who would be in a position to manufacture this type of drug, and goes along with what I was saying all along. Scholars, and people in high places are the ones making these research chemicals, and underground illicit drug labs across the globe. One supplier states in their description: "Nitroethane-1, 1-d2, 1 gram. Price: $522.76. This item can only ship to a Lab or Industrial Facility."(calpaclab.com/nitroethane) There you have it. The supplier theirself tells you that it can only ship to a lab or industrial facility, not the trailer park. See? This is good hidden in plain sight intel. See how important the internet is? Neurotoxicity Of Various "2c's": Scientist have conducted studies to evaluate the neurotoxicity of psychoactive abused 2,5-dimethoxy-substituted phenethylamines "2C series" in monoaminergic neurons.[18] The results showed that: "The '2C series'-induced neurotoxicity in both cells was higher than that of MDMA or METH (EC50: ≥ 1–2 mM)."[18] That's a big deal.. Read that statement again.. The results go on to conclude that: "In addition, apoptotic morphological changes were observed at relatively lower concentrations of '2C series'."[18] Furthermore: "The 2,5-dimethoxy-substitution of '2C series' induced severe neurotoxicity in both dopaminergic and serotonin-containing neurons."[18] When researchers compared 25i-NBOMe with 2C-I, which are often confused for one another, studies show that 25I-NBOMe is more cytotoxic than 2C-I, likely due to its higher lipophilicity.[19] Both drugs induce mitochondrial dysfunction, and 2C-I induces autophagy and caspase-3 activation.[19] Finally, apoptosis was identified as a mechanism of cell death induced by both drugs.[19] This is a huge deal, because not only do we see cell death, but we see mitochondrial dysfunction, which is not good because mitochondria are critical because they convert the food that you eat with the air that you breathe to produce the energy that runs your body.[20] Mitochondria are organelles that reside in the cells in your body.[21] Simon Powel, a biology major and author, describes their activities as: "controlled combustion on a molecular level", in his documentary "Metanoia". O.G. Observations: I want you to notice the pattern that naturally occuring psychedelics do not have a consistent track record of producing such diabolical effects, where research chemicals and other synthetic drugs(including pharmaceuticals), are commonly known to do these horrible things to your body and biology, as well as your mind. I did a quick academic search looking for toxicity of natural God-made 5-meo-dmt, and the results were totally different than looking for neurotoxicity of research chemicals. To quote one source on natural 5-meo-dmt toxicity: "A direct neurotoxic effect appears unlikely"[22] I didn't dig too deeply on that to be fair. Data on the neurotoxicity of research chemicals however, is abundant and not hard to find.
2c-n: To reiterate, these are "research chemicals" that I'm exposing here on this specific blog. Research chemicals are not to be confused with natural phytochemicals produced by plants. These are fake synthetic versions of Mescaline and other natural Phenethylamines produced by various cacti and even some acacia strains of plants. Anyway, 2C-N is NOT A NATURALLY OCCURING SUBSTANCE, nor is it produced by plants, rather it is a synthetic "research chemical" that was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin(the chemist who invented MDMA), also known as 2,5-dimethoxy-4-nitrophenethylamine.[23] 2c-N is a psychedelic phenethylamine of the 2C family.[23] It's basically a fake pharmaceutical version of Mescaline. Mescaline is a God-made naturally occuring psychedelic produced by Peyote and other cactus, as well as certain acacia strains.(source)
2C-T-7: 2C-T-7 is the short name, and the scientific name is: 4-propylthio-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine.[23] It's a psychedelic phenethylamine of the 2C family.[23] In Alexander Shulgin's book PiHKAL: A Chemical Love Story, it is stated that the dosage range is from 10–30 mg.[23] 2C-T-7 is generally consumed orally, and it produces psychedelic and entactogenic effects that last 8 to 15 hours.[23] Because it is a fake version of the God-made naturally recurring phytochemical known as Mescaline(a type of phenethylamine), it is often sold and mismarketed as Mescaline, a dangerous lie. There's no reason to buy these dangerous knock off versions of natural substances, as there are insane numbers of legal plants that produce Mescaline, including the San Pedro cactus, and many others. Mescaline is a phytochemical, and 2C-T-7 is an illegal pharmaceutical basically, and there's a huge difference, especially in the safety. Slang names: "Blue Mystic" or "7th Heaven"(wikipedia)
2c-B: Street names: Bromo-Mescaline;[5] Nexus;[5] Venus;[5] "Bee's";[5] The slang name "bromo-mescaline" pretty much confirms what I was saying, along with other academic sources cited. Quick Note: Before I delve further into the subject, I want to point out that Mescaline also exist in Acacia berlandieri, which also produces Methamphetamines.(Yes you read that right). I cite academic sources to confirm those facts on that blog that I just linked to. What's interesting about that is the dude from the Psyched-Substance channel, who lives in a region of the globe where these drugs are legal, and does legal reviews on them, describes it as an upper/mescaline hybrid type of high, and we can see that Mescaline(a Phenethylamine) exist naturally side by side Meth in the Acacia berlandieri species. Most Phenethylamines are stimulating in nature, or as an academic source that I quote puts it: "Phenylethylamine (PEA) is a naturally occurring hormone like substance that acts as a neurotransmitter. It gives the brain psychological energy, focus, get-up-and-go and elevates a depressed mood."[6]
To put it bluntly, and based on what we have learned here today, I am making an educated guess that a skilled chemist could isolate mescaline out of an insane number of legal cactus or even Acacia berlandieri, and then chemically convert it into any number of related 2c research chemicals. Despite the fact that the 2c class of substances are schedule(illegal), it may be possible that they can be converted into forms not detectable by drug test strips. I did further research and was shocked to discover how readily available precursors for 2c-b were, and how hidden in plain sight the truth it. It really goes to show that "investigators" don't do a whole lot of investigating. I'm a civilian and I found the facts. It's right in front of you. It looks like there are legal and easily obtainable precursors to manufacture this drug too.
2c-b Precursors: 2C-B (4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine) synthesis(manufacturing) involves several steps, and usually starts from 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde or a closely related compound.[8][9][10] The most commonly referenced precursor in scientific literature is: 2,5-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde[8][9][10], which I was shocked to find out with a quick Google search that this substance can be purchased at walmart.com and many other online outlets, check it out: Walmart.com 2,5-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde and here it is again on Amazon.com: https://www.amazon.com/2-5-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde-%E2%89%A599-500-Grams/dp/B0BVGQZ6CS This precursor is used to synthesize the intermediate 2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine (2C-H), which is then brominated at the 4-position to form 2C-B.[8][9][10] Alexander shulgin, the famous chemist/scholar gives instructions in his book on how to synthesize it.(Shulgin, A., & Shulgin, A. For the final intel on this page, I want to share this documentary that exposes how a lot, if not most of the drugs on the street today that people purchase, are not what they paid for. More research chemicals are out there than the actual drug you're looking for. This indicates that despite the illegality of research chemicals, they're still being manufactured, and sold. The documentary was released in 2013, however prohibition does not stop chemist from producing illegal drugs, it merely ups the potential for profit. Sense these substances are being made by people in high places mostly, it would indicate that they're being used as a sort of rivalry for clandestine labs run by civilians not in academia or other high places(remember a lot of the precursors do not ship to non-lab or industrial locations, meaning not just anyone can get access to the chemicals required to make these "research chemicals").
