Phytochemicals: Polyphenol, Anti-oxidants, lyophilized aqueous, & flavonoids[2] This source goes on to state that: "caffeic acid, ferulic acid, syringic acid, ellagic acid, quercetin, α-tocopherol, pyrogallol, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, vanillin, p-coumaric acid, gallic acid, and ascorbic acid in lyophilized aqueous extracts of domesticated and wild ecotypes of raspberry fruits were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry"[2] It goes on to state: "p-coumaric acid is the main phenolic acid responsible for the antioxidant and radical scavenging activity of lyophilized aqueous extracts of domesticated and wild ecotypes of raspberry fruits." The plant also contains: tannins, anthocyanins and vitamin C;[4] If you look these up(each phytochemical), you'll find each phytochemical component has a range of pharmacological benefits.

All of these are documented on academic databases like PubChem and Google Scholar. I link to them at the bottom of every page. [ Note this is not all of them that exist within the plant, and I never claim to cover every one of them. I try to get as many as possible listed though. ]

Warnings: Psalm 103:3 states that God is: "He who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases" Note that a lot of supplements are made and sold by big pharmaceutical companies and you don't want to buy them! Only buy raw loose herbal dried plant material, or import but learn how to make your own herbal medicines! Socialist are attacking non-socialist run businesses. Shopping is voting, so don't buy from a toe stomper or anyone tied to the serpent on the side of the ambulance!

Health Benefits Of Raspberry Leaf:

A lot of folks are unaware that the leaf of this plant has medicinal benefit as well. The bible also confirms the use of certain types of leaves as medicine, and I cite that below. The people behind modern pharmaceuticals have enough knowledge to give everyone the proper dietary information needed to be healthy. Cures don't sell drugs however, nor do they land an insulting medical bill in your mail box. Avoid modern pharmaceuticals at all cost, and utilize herbal medicine when needed. Don't idolize drugs or medicine however, and note that drugs and medicines are synonyms for one another. A book called "New Choices In Natural Healing", that has an academic bibliography, cites its benefits for pregnancy problems although, you should obviously not try this at home. This is intel related to ancient methods. It's said that red raspberry leaf tea tones the uterine muscles.[7]

Ezekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."

Preparations: Here's a simple recipe from the book "Beating Cancer With Nutrition", written by two phd doctors![x] It's called "Raspberry Couscous Cake: 1 cup couscous, pin sea salt, 2 cups unsweatened apple juice, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 pt rapsberries, 1-2 tsp almond slivers, 1 tsp vanilla or almondt extract, and apple juice.. Boil apple juice and sal in a saucepan, then add lemon juice, couscous, and nuts. Lower heat and stil until it thickens. Remove from stove, stir in ready washed berries, pour cake into baking dish that's presprayed, and cool and cut into slices. So it's a cake that makes use of couscous. Make an infusion of olive oil and raspberry leaf and add a little of this to it for added medicinal benefit. Too much will ruin the taste however. For The Leaf As Medicine: A simple tea is prepared. It can be combined with things like Echinacea purpurea, Mullein, and others for a nice tea blend. The ones mentioned work well together with it. I know from experience. Strawberry leaf also goes good together with it, and the others. You can buy Raspberry leaf here from our friends at Foster Farm Botanicals.

What is phytochemistry: Phytochemistry is the study of the pharmacological chemicals that plants create, both in our food, and in herbal remedies, and even indiginous psychoactive/psychedelic/poisonous plants used for things forbidden in Deuteronomy 18, have been used in modern in the production of pharmaceuitcals. This is how we know about things like CBD, Caffeine, Psilocybin, even LSD. When people tell you there's no science behind herbalism, or natural remedies, you can tell them about Phytochemistry. There was even a Bill Nye The Science Guy episode on this subject.
