Plants That Produce The Phytochemical: Berberine (Pharmacology)

Berberine Is A Phytochemical Produced By Many Plants

Ezekiel 47:12 "And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine."
What is Berberine? Berberine is a phytochemical produced BY plants.[1] Again, phytochemicals are not the same thing as "research chemicals", and I wrote a couple of blogs recently trying to thoroughly explain this with full on academic sourcing and citations as well: Natural DMT Vs Man-Made DMT(Research Chemical Versions) and Exposing Man-made(research chemical) knock off versions of Mescaline, a God-made chemical produced by Cactus. Berberine, is recurring in nature, meaning it is found in more than one plant.[1] It has been studied by scientist for its pharmacological effects on mood disorders.[1] It's a type of isoquinoline alkaloid.[1] Its pharmacology works by modulating neurotransmitters and their receptor systems within the central nervous system.[1] According to the National Library Of Medicine, "Berberine is an herbal drug used in traditional Chinese medicine"[1] It can be isolated from several herbal species, including: Berberis Hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal), Xanthorhiza simplicissima (yellow root), Phellodendron anureses (Amur cork tree), Coptis chinensis (Chinese goldthread), Tinospora cordifolia, Argemone mexicana (prickly poppy), and Eschscholzia californica (Californian poppy).[1] Researchers report that it has poor bioavailability.[1] Upon being isolated in the lab, researchers noted that it is an intense yellow powder, odourless with a characteristic alkaloidal bitter taste.[1] Berberine is very slightly soluble in water and ethanol.[1]
Question: Is there a way to boost the bioavailability of Berberine when using the plant sources that produce it? Answer: YES! Black pepper produces something called Piperine, which has been scientifically proven to increase the bioavailability of other substances.[2] To give you an exact quote to confirm this fact, according to the National Library Of Medicine, "Piperine was found to increase bioavailability of different drugs ranging from 30% to 200%."[2] The word "drugs" in this context, applies to phytochemicals as well, because they have pharmacological activity. If you want to increase the amount of Berberine that your body is able to absorb, combining it with anything that produces Piperine is an idea. I used to do this using black pepper and noticed results. Piperine can be found in black pepper.[3] This fact illustrates the importance of buying high quality, high potency food items when shopping, as the quality of your spices and herbs affect their ability to benefit your biology. The next time you sprinkle some black pepper on your food, remember that you'll get more out of that meal because of it. =)
More On The Pharmacology Of Berberine: Berberine produces the following medicinal properties: antioxidant, anti‐inflammatory, antitumour, antimicrobial, hepatoprotective, hypolipidemic, and hypoglycemic actions.[1] To help you and I learn more, I will detail what each one of these pharmacological terms means. Antioxidants are: "Natural substances that may prevent or delay some types of cell damage"[4] Anti-inflammatory drugs are exactly what they sound like, they combat inflammation, or as a .gov source that I cite puts it: "Anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) are used to relieve pain and fever or reduce inflammation (redness and swelling)".[5] Inflammation is define as :"Think of inflammation as the body's natural response to protect itself against harm."[6] Note: Inflammation is a key feature of COVID-19[7] Anti-tumor drugs: "Antitumor refers to chemical substances that prevent or inhibit the growth of cancer cells by promoting the death of abnormal cells"[8] Antimicrobial drugs: "Antimicrobial drugs kill or slow the spread of microorganisms. Microorganisms include bacteria, viruses, protozoans, and fungi."[9] "Hepatoprotective drugs improve liver function, promote liver cell regeneration and/or enhance liver detoxification.[10] Hypolipidemic drugs are a class of drugs that lower the concentrations of lipoproteins, the agents that transport cholesterol and triglycerides in blood."[11] "Hypoglycemic drugs are used to treat Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), which is common in people with diabetes who are taking insulin or other medicines to control their diabetes."[12]
Berberine for mood and depression "Berberine can regulate brain neurotransmitters, especially biogenic amines. Norepinephrine (NE), serotonin (5‐HT) and dopamine (DA) are neurotransmitters released from neurons during synaptic transmission in the nervous system. The studies demonstrated that berberine (10, 20 mg/kg, p.o.), dramatically reduced the immobility time during the forced swim test and the tail suspension test. Either acute or chronic administration of berberine at low doses results in increased levels of Norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine in whole‐brain samples."[1] These scientific facts illustrate the significance of herbal medicine, as these findings are only in reference to merely one of potentially hundreds of complex phytochemical medicines produced by plants, and I do mean plants as in plural(more than one). Being made by the creator rather than altered in a lab by the serpent, you can rest assured knowing that God's medicine will work way better than serpent medical's(big pharma's) will.
Other ethnobotanicals that produce Berberine include: Berberis vulgaris[13], Tinospora cordifolia[13] "The bark of B. vulgaris(Barberry) contains more than 8% of alkaloids, berberine being the major alkaloid (about 5%)"[14](Arayne et al., 2007). Notice that last sentence mentions that bark specifically. The bark can be used in tincture production, which requires a glass mason jar, the bark, and grain alcohol(everclear). Don't settle for anything less than everclear when making your own tinctures. I highly suggest growing your own everything now, and try to find ethnobotanicals that are not as popular, because the more popular means the more likely the socialist will make a genetically engineered version of the plant, and you don't want to grow GMO crap from GMO seeds.
